Huge Brookley Field Recreation Center and Hostess
House, is used for Dances, Athletics and all social
affairs by the military and civilian population of
Mobile. The famous Mardi Gras ball of Mobile is
held here every year. This colorful event brings
many thousands of visitors from all over the country
to witness and participate in it.
