At Randolph Field, the new "West Point of
the Air,” situated near San Antonio, is where
all the U. S. Army Pilots are trained. It is the
largest military training center in this country.
The field occupies 2,300 acres of land given to
the Government by the city of San Antonio and
represents an investment of up w a r ds of m
$2,500,000. When in full swing, 2,500 students
can be handled, using 400 training planes.
