Dory schooner "Theresa E. Connor" at
Zwickers wharf, Lunenburg
The Connor was launched in the late fall of 1938
and was the 181st. schooner to slide down the ways
at Smith & Rhuland's shipyard. She is 139 feet in
length and has a Beam of 27 feet. She was built
for Maritime National Fish Co. then a Division of
Sea-Seald Division. She was purchased by Zwicker
& Co. in 1953 and owned by them until 1967 when
she was turned into a floating Fisheries Museum.
