Higgins Hall. Wythe and Hurst Avenues, was pre-
sented to the Institution in 1895 by the late Hon. F. W.
Higgins and his sister, Mrs. F. S. Smith, as a memorial to
their father Orrin Trail Higgins. The building is used by
the Instruction Department as a recitation and lecture
room.
