"HIS strawberry field produced more than $1600
to the acre. From $600 to $1000 per acre net,
is a very ordinary production. The berries in
the Emmett Fruit District are of delicious flavor, uniform-
ly large, and very early picking comes during the last
days of April, two weeks earlier than in any other part
of Idaho. The highest prices are received for Emmett
strawberries.
