Emmett is a city of handsome homes. A fair sample of residences may be seen on the other side of this card. There are nine churches, many clubs and organizations, whose social functions are the envy of our less fortunate sister towns. A profusion of luxuriantly flowering shrubbery surrounds may of these homes, and the velvety bluegrass lawns are equalled only in the famous bluegrass region of Kentucky. Within a day's drive of this beautiful city, elk, deer, bear and other big game abound. Water-fowl, game birds and mountain trout are plentiful here amid the scenic grandeur of the Rocky Mountains. |
