In this intimate royal apartment we are lost in admiration of the wall designs of lotus flowers, by Edmund Dulac, painted on brown silk, the beautiful bamboo Chippendale chairs and the lovely jade ornaments and vases. The rug is an exact reproduction of a Chinese carpet of the Chi'en Lung period
