WRITING DESK AND CHAIR IN QUEEN'S
BEDROOM. It would, we believe, be impossible
to find any detail, however unimportant, passed over
in the furnishing of the Queen's Dolls' House.
Here we have a picture of the Writing Desk, a
roll top that looks realistically serviceable and com-
plete with its blue leather table, its neat pigeon
holes and convenient drawers. It is difficult to
realise that the desk is only 534 inches long. The
Stationery Cabinet contains note-paper, stamped
with the royal cipher and heading-Windsor
Castle.
