LITTLE ROCK ARK.
"Gen. Douglas MacArthur was born January 26,
1880, in the old Arsenal building, which is now
the Arkansas Museum of Natural History and
Antiquities, at Little Rock, Arkansas. The build-
ing (located in MacArthur Park) was the resi-
dence of his father, Gen. Arthur MacArthur,
when the latter was stationed there as com-
mandant."
