Completed in B. & O. Shops, Baltimore, October, 1929. Tractive power, 50,000 pounds. Drivers, 80-inch.
Water tube firebox, 503 square feet of heating surface. Total weight of engine and tender, 569,500 pounds.
Large drivers, low running board and concealment of piping and light machinery give the President Cleve-
land a striking appearance. This is one of the twenty-one "President type" B. & O. engines operating
daily between Washington and New York
