AHUMADA LEAD COMPANY
Pursuant to notice given, the special meeting of stockholders called for
August 1, 1933 and adjourned to November 3, 1933, was duly held and the 797,603 shares
represented, out of a total of 1,192,018, shares issued and outstanding, unanimously
consented to the dissolution of the corporation; and, as required by the laws of the
State of Delaware, a formal Certificate of Dissolution was issued by the Secretary of
State under date of November 27, 1933.
Due to the income tax lien having prior right, any small remaining balance of
cash assets will be paid to the U. S. Government to apply against that claim. Therefore,
there will be no liquidating dividend to shareholders.
This is a final notice of dissolution and is for your use and record. It should
be preserved.
