SAN DIEGO'S
WONDERFUL
CLOCK
This wonderful clock
with twenty dials, stands
twenty-one feet high, and
tells simultaneously the
time of all nations, also
the day of the week, date
and month, and marks the
seconds. Four of the dials
are each four feet in di-
ameter. The master clock
is enclosed in plate glass,
so that its every action
can be seen, and the whole
is illuminated every night.
The clock is jeweled with
tourmaline, topaz, agate
and jade. The jewels and
every part of this intri-
cate mechanism was de-
signed and made in our
shop. It is the most com-
pletely jeweled, best fin-
ished and best made street
clock in America, and the
only clock of its kind ever
built in a retail jewelry
store in the world. The
motive power is a 200-lb.
weight, and it winds it-
self automatically. It took
fifteen months to build,
and cost about $3000. The
master clock was exhibited
at the State Fair in Sac-
ramento in 1907, and
awarded a gold medal.
