WHALERS VILLAGE ... West Maui was once a rendezvous for whaling ships from all over the world.
Now here at Kaanapali this unique complex of interesting shops and outdoor exhibits of the whaling
era in the mid-19th century tell the visitor of the days when whaling men swarmed ashore by the
hundreds looking for excitement after their dangerous voyages.
