IAO NEEDLE ... Often called the “Yosemite of the Pacific," this majestic spire rises abruptly from
the valley as though guarding the rugged passes through the West Maui Mountains as did the Hawaiians
of old. Only three miles from Wailuku, it is easily reached by a drive that winds between steep cliffs
bedecked with tropical foliage with a rushing stream at their base.

植物に彩られた険しい崖の間を行く九十九折りのドライブを楽しみながら、容易に訪れることができる。
