The Canadian Pacific Pavilion at Wembley occupies uit
rightly, the most central position in an immense Empire of
Dominions and Colonies. It stands as living symbol of that
giant organization which is the greatest link in the British chain
girdling the globe, the broadest ribbon of the wonderfull-Red
Route.
Facing the bridge as you come across it from the Britin
Pavilion is a building flanked by moose and fol it ts
feld
panels out of which steams the prow of an Empress steamer and
flashes the headlight of a Canadian Pacific locomotive; it is
chiefly characterized by a huge portico whose doorway is a
massive structure of glass and Canadian timber, and above which
runs the simple legend
"Canadian Pacific."
