WIGHT GRIST MILL, Old Sturbridge Village,
Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Reproduced on the
original site. Machinery from Porter Grist Mill:
Hebron, Connecticut. Between burr stones where
water from the mill pond turns a twenty-foot
undershot wheel, the Village miller grinds his
grist into white and yellow corn meal, rye
buckwheat, graham and entire wheat flour.
