Club of Virginia, with a membership of about
3100 said to be the largest in U. S. A., is located
at RIO VISTA, about 6 miles west of Richmond.
The site overlooks a winding sweep of the James
River, and the wooded heights of Chesterfield
County on the opposite shore. In point of comfort,
convenience and the general character of its ap-
pointments it is not surpassed by any Country
Club in the U. S.
