This modern post office was constructed recently
to better serve this growing community. Alamo-
gordo is the center of a vast tourist industry:
East-West Highway Mountain Resort Areas -
White Sands – Carlsbad Caverns – and Mexico
"South Of The Border'', close by. This also
serves the Missile Complex of Holloman A.F.B.,
Air Force Missile Development Center and White
Sands Missile Range.
