honor of the Fifth International Philatelic Ex-
hibition held in the mammoth new Coliseum
as one of the co-opening events of this largest
such building ever built for Exhibition pur-
poses is given First Day of Issue release in
New York, N. Y., Monday, April 30, 1956.
