  I am from Beaumont and had my first date here, meeting up with Tommy Naquin, and renting a tandem bicycle, riding all over the place. I was thirteen. He was almost fourteen and our dads were our drivers to and from the shopping center parking lot.
  
  PS I am 54 now and would like to put this in a scrapbook next to a picture of us on the bike! I hope Tommy is 55 going on 56. I haven't seen him since 1965.
