The Atomic Power Plant is appropriately
named. Its prime function is to explore through
practical applications, the peaceful uses of atomic
power.
It also honors the memory of the famous ex-
plorer, Maj. Gen. John C. Fremont, called "Path-
finder" by the Indians.
