CAMP RANDALL STADIUM AND THE FIELD HOUSE
Camp Randall has its name from Civil War Veterans who
knew it as a great Military Camp, named for a wartime
governor.
The STADIUM is the home of the UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN
FOOTBALL TEAM- THE BADGERS. Perennial BIG TEN CON-
FERENCE contenders. The University Basketball Team plays
its home games in the FIELD HOUSE. The STADIUM present
seating capacity is 65,500. The Silver Roof Building houses
a complete indoor practice area for football, baseball and
