The New Union Station at Washington was built by the U. S. Government and the Pennsylvania Railroad and the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad. The cost of the land, building and terminal improvements was $18,000,000. The structure is the finest railway station in the world. The building is of white granite, is 760 feet in length and 343 feet in width. Confidence:- Numerous orders from merchant agencies for "L. & M." Seu - Paste Paint, so greatly exceeds previous prosperous years, that it indicates evidence they are looking forward to extentsive demond. The demand is justified as "L. & M." displaces white lead, as sold by dealer at gross profit of only 14% on investment, in comparison with 38% on sales of "L. & M."; besides "L. &M." superior wear means saving to property owner for expensive labor of repainting every few years.
