This historic ghost
town was once the metropolis of the Great
Southwest with a population of 18,000 people and plenty of
gold for all. This depot was the most fabulous in the west and
is said to have cost $130,000 and was a most important stop
on the Las Vegas-Tonapah railroad, today it is one of the best
preserved of all buildings of the Bonanza Southwest.
