11,552 tons of water, and has a speed of 17 knots per hour.
Horse-power, 11,366. Cost, about $2,650,000. Armament
consists of four 13-inch and fourteen 6-inch guns in addition
to a strong secondary battery. Complement, 34 officers and
679 men.
