One of the most famous of all American water-
fronts is this one in Boston Harbor. Dominated
by the Custom House Tower, this stretch includes
the site of the world-famed Boston Tea Party,
(not T Wharf, by the way, which is so called
because of its shape); and from its docks in later
years sailed many of the greatest of American
clipper ships, trading throughout the world.
