DEEP SEA FISHING: Ireland is renowned as a land
of sport and of sportsmen. Angling in all its forms is
very popular for the lakes and rivers of Ireland teem
with fish. With the exception of restricted salmon fishing,
this sport can be enjoyed nearly everywhere free of
charge. Interest in deep sea fishing is growing annually
and there are some outstanding points around the
Irish coast, notably off Counties Cork, Kerry, Wexford,
Mayo and Galway.
