All the tit family are great acrobats. The
Great Tit is the largest of the tribe, and
is a handsome bird with yellow, green and
blue plumage, a black and white head
and a black band beneath from chin to
tail. Nest :-
Of grass, moss, hair and
feathers; in
a hole in a tree or wall.
Eggs :-6 or 7, occasionally 12 or more,
with light red Length -
white spotted
