Hey Joe:
Your final revised assessment on land is un-
changed from Pott's final figures. The raduction
of barn assessment from $460 to $230 seems in order,
but I end up with a 31% increase over last year's
assessment.
I think I have some excellent arguments for a
reduction of the acreage assessment and would like to
take advantage of your offer to meet with your Board
sometime soon.
Will you use the return portion of this card to
let me know when it will be convenient to drop in on
the Board?
