New York World's Fair 1939. Symbolizing the progress made in communication through the ages the mural by Eugene Savage on the facade of the communications Building combines with the twin 150-foot free standing pylons to provide a striking entrance to the exhibit area. The interior of this building dramatically portrays all phases of communication and also contains the "focal Exhibit" designed by Donald Desky. Architects - Francis Keally - Leonard Dean.
