Lake Champlain Transportation Co., Inc., operat-
ing between Grand Isle, Vermont and Platts-
burg (Cumberland Head), New York. One of the
most scenic ferry crossings in North America. This
vessel, built in 1953, is 138 feet in length, 37
feet in breadth, powered by two 425 h. p. diesel
engines, capacity 26 cars, speed 11 knots.
