Built in 1903 and patterned after "Le Petit Palais" in
Paris, France. Its ornate front is decorated with many
statues and figures. Spacious vaulted halls and high
ceilings may seem out of keeping with present day
architecture but it is nevertheless a beautiful building
and serves a county with an area of over 7000 square
miles.
