Pennsylvania Military College founded in
1821, is the second oldest military college in
the United States. The original college was in
Wilmington, Del. It was moved to its present
location in Chester in September 1868. The
ideal of the college is a system of co-ordinat-
? ing scholastic, athletic and military activities.
It is often referred to as the West Point of the
Keystone State.
