Our demonstrations are unique in that we have the only simulated factory in exis-
tence. Actual equipment is used and it is in operation all day long so that you may
view the operation in the afternoon which is not possible in an actual factory. The
Demonstrations cover the entire sequence of operations necessary to making Swiss
Cheese, a movie showing farm scenes of cows being milked as well as actual cheese
making operations. All of this is topped off by tasting samples of Aged Cheeses so
that you may know just what your likes and dislikes are. The cheeses featured in the
retail section of the Swiss Cheese Shop are aged to bring out their full flavor and
goodness. Aged Cheeses such as you will find in our shop are not sold through regular
grocery channels and may be obtained only at our retail shops or directly from us by
mail (Write for our free mail order brochure.)
