KATE DUNCAN SMITH D.A.R. SCHOOL, GRANT, ALABAMA. The New York Faculty Cottage, a duplex apartment for young married teachers, was completed in 1961. It is informally and affectionately called "Cuff Cottage" by the New York Daughters in honor of Mrs. Frank B.
