| The walls are of a greenish ray, which form an excellent background to the collection of oil portraits of former governors. The wainscot is of paneled mahogany, and a frieze just below the cornice forms a festoon in relief, of flowers, fruits grains and ribbons. For lighting there are electroliers and double side brackets. |
