The Regimental Colours:-The Union: In the
centre a Company Badge ensigned with the Imperial
Crown; in base the Sphinx superscribed "Egypt."
The Company Badges are borne in rotation, two
at a time, one on the Regimental Colour of each
of the two battalions.
The following honorary distinctions are borne
upon each of the King's and Regimental Colours :-
"Namur, 1695," "Dettingen," "Lincelles," "Tala-
vera," "Barrosa," "Fuentes d'Onor, "Nive,"
"Peninsula," "Waterloo," "Alma," "Inkerman,'
