Market Street at the intersection of 15th Street. The great system of the Pennsylvania Railroad has its home and its terminus in the immense structrue of which but a portion is shown at the left. The bridge spanning market Street leads directly from the train floor to the large office buildings and the street opposite, permitting passengers easy egress and relieving the congested condition at the street level. the western entrance of Philadelphia's magnificent City Hall is shown in the centre of this picture. |
