"Ah, there skipperl" The personable young things amid
the shrubbery are waving to an aviator friend passing low over
the World's fair in New York. The waterfall back of them, one
of the architectural novelties of the exposition, pours down the
side of the Electric Utilities Building. Visitors leaving the
structure are delighted to find themselves passing through a
miniature Niagara without becoming damp.
