BLAIR HALL was the gift of Hon. John Insley Blair,
a trustee of the college. It was erected in 1897, and forms a
wall along the southwestern border of the campus, its tower
and archway forming a magnificent entrance from the railroad
station to the beautiful campus of 225 acres.-
