The Sinclair Refining Company's pre-
historic exhibit is the first attempt to re-
create out of doors a portion of the earth's
surface as it existed a hundred million
years ago. It shows the huge beasts of that
time, as living, moving animals surrounded
by the rocks, trees, and shrubs of ancient
Mesozoic time. The seven Sinclair dinosaurs
include Brontosaurus, 70 ft. long and weigh-
ing 40 tons, Stegosaurus, Tyrannosaurus
and Triceratops.
