but a few of the world's most proficient chefs. We are
proud to offer it to you now COMPLETELY PREPARED,
with that well of butter which remains intact in the center
to spurt a tiny fountain of richness when the snowy meat
is cut. Just heat and serve.
The "cotelette," a former specialty of the Russian Imperial
Court, is said to have originated in the city of Kiev in the
Ukraine, a region famed for the elegance of its cooking.
Now it is brought to you in its most perfect form, made
from our inimitable ROCK CORNISH GAME HEN, crispy
golden brown on the outside, delicate white boned meat
wrapped around a strip of fresh sweet butter on the inside.
All this has been done now for the enjoyment of the
