Built in the late 1850's to sell such commodities
as molasses, salt, rum, vinegar, axle grease,
mackeral, shot and gun powder and as a Trading
Post for furs and cow hides, this miniature
emporium was moved to the Towne of Smithville
and restored.
The Towne of Smithville is located just 20 minutes
from Atlantic City... 6 miles North of Absecon
on U. S. Route 9; Exit 48 from the Garden State
Parkway to U. S. Route 9.
