STARTING FOR THE BIG GAME. The students
of the college are remarkably well trained in athletics, and
especially enjoy the fall season when football is the particular
sport. The athletic oval is located between Crosby, Lebanon
and Park Streets, and was given by the Alumni, the field
being set aside for the purpose ir 1893. It is enclosed with
a high fence, and a grand stand has been erected.
