BETHPAGE STATE PARK
Bethpage State Park is one of the State Parks under
the jurisdiction of the Long Island State Park
Commission. Distance from New York City
miles. Bethpage State Park occupies a failing
wooded tract, just north of the Village of Farming
dale. Four 18-hole golf courses are operated from AY 14
centrally located clubhouse. There are over 5 mides
of bridle paths and trails. A polo game is played
each Sunday afternoon during the season,
beautiful field in the Park. A picnic grove equipped 1
with comfort station, drinking water, tables and
fireplaces is located in the northwesterly section of
