Oregon and Washington are famous for their
abundance of Salmon and Steel Heads. The
Royal Chinook are the finest and grow to be
80 to 90 lbs. They are born in the head waters
of Oregon and Washington streams and after
three years in the Ocean return to propagate,
often struggling far up to small mountain
streams from which only the new generation
can return.
