The Luau is one of the interesting sights
for the traveler in Hawaii. Great quanti-
ties of poi, the native food, pork and limu
or sea weed, also sweet potatoes, are con-
sumed and all of the food is eaten in the
native style with the fingers, to the accom-
paniment of Hula-Hula dancers and native
Hawaiian music.
