ZR-3, Arriving from Germany at U. S. N. Air
Station, Lakehurst, N. J.
The ZR-3, last and largest of the Zeppelins,
arrived at the U. S. Naval Air Station, on Oct.
15. 1924, having made the trip of over 5,000
miles from Friedrichshafen. Germany, in 81
hours.
The ZR-3 is 656 feet long, 107 feet in diam-
eter and has 6 Gondolas.
