NEW COURTHOUSE
FORREST CITY, ARKANSAS
This impressive structure replaced the old landmark court-
house in 1975. Forrest City was named after the famous
Confederate General, Nathan Bedford Forrest. He played a
major business role in developing the community interest by
promoting the railroad building program in Arkansas.
