The Capper Foundation for Crippled Children provides
complete rehabilitation services for physically handi-
capped children and youth, including both residential
and day care. The medically-controlled program includes
physical, occupational, and speech therapies, orthopedic
clinic, nursing service, pre-vocational training, and an
accredited special education program for preschool
through high school.
